This weekend I was mostly belly dancing with the ladies.
Pictures to follow.

Very fun for those of you looking for a fun afternoon activity that will lead to hours on entertainment when the night gets a little older, and the drinks start to take their magic effect.

Today, and yesterday I am mostly trying to make decisions about this weekend.

The lovies are in exams this week, so good times on all our faces this week.

Another busy weekend at Mum's.
Entertaing 20 people in honor of Grandma's 72 birthday.
We had chinese food from the Mandarin, and it was very odd, as the last time we did that was when we had the family over after Daddy's funeral. Very odd, but I didn't want to say anything to upset everyone.

Lisa, Dave, and gorgeous children made it over as well. They are all so cute.

Also went for a fab girls night out on Saturday, but managed to spend a little more than I won at the casino. I really wanted to win some cash to buy the girls all new pairs of fab shoes.

Exams are only 7 days away, and I am very excited to start a new semester.

Have a fab day :)

Today I will be mostly wearing my new pony shoes. I even named them "My little Pony".
And my new jeans from Club Monaco.

I say mostly, as Seestor says that adding MOSTLY to any sentence makes it sound more important.

I will mostly try to do this, for at least a day or two.

PS Had to sit beside this grunting man in the Spinning class last night. God bless him for doing the class. Just imagine a 6'2 German man, grunting away on the bike. GROSS. And then imagine trying not to laugh. I am so mean sometimes.

I want to know why people are obsessed wtih clearing the driveway.
I can't understand those who need to see in the middle of winter that the driveway is still there and it is still black.
These are things that I do not understand.

Even more so, why someone would park in my driveway over night on Saturday so that I could not go out with the girls.

Very strange indeed.

Seems like the standard way to start off the new year...
HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Santa was tremendously generous this year. Many goodies to report, the favorite of course being the movie star shoes that my seestor brought from England for me. I am truly ready to go to the oscars or something equally spectacular. ( www.kurtgeiger.co.uk) Thank you baby!!

Sarah and I are continuing our tour of posh hotels. We spent some time when I was last over at the Sanderson Hotel (http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g186338-d188005-Reviews-Sanderson-London_England.html), and over xmas we sampled The Drake Hotel (www.thedrakehotel.ca). Very fab if you are looking to have a dirty weekend. The shower has great potential what with the glass walls and spotlight.
The hotel also sports a great lounge that makes excellent martinis. My favorite being a toss up between the espresso and pear. The highlight of the night was a girl franticly banging on the door at 4 in the morning asking if we had any "stuff", or if we knew where she could get any "stuff".

Back to work yesterday was cruel punishment. The rest of the world got to stay home, but we and the students had to return. No problem, I will take it like a trouper, as I have many weeks of vacation on the horizon.

The end of the semester is coming quickly, I have to catch up.
